As the Director of Technology, Charles manages our team of certified consultants and engineers. Charles maintains certifications from Citrix, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Symantec, VMware, and Novell (amongst others). He is the author of a number of books on servers and network architecture and maintains krypted.com, a site dedicated to heterogenous systems administration. Charles is a courseware developer for SANS and a testing developer for Brainbench. Charles has been at 318 since January of 2000 and still works onsite with customers across the country.
Kevin Klein

President/CEO

Kevin Klein, the founder and CEO of 318, has been the company’s driving force since 1995. An entrepreneurial spirit led Kevin from his burgeoning career as an acoustical engineer to launch a new type of IT services company; one that catered to the newly identified needs of companies whose businesses live at the intersection of creativity, entertainment and computer technology. This foresight mandated that Kevin build a company with three underlining values: broad, multi-platform technological excellence, client focused systems to ensure satisfaction, and authoring business automation solutions that create profit for our customers. These three attributes are embodied in Kevin’s leadership style, and many of the reasons that 318 is one of the most sought out professional service providers in the United States.
